Is it worth the money?

The Micro MBA is a complete certificate program unto itself. Students who complete it will have the skills necessary to make an impact in their career and confidently make business decisions that matter. Should you decide to pursue a full MBA, you will have already earned 12 credit hours, all completely transferable into Trevecca's MBA program. Completing this certificate is a deposit in your future. Think of it as a key that will unlock the door to a better job, higher earning potential and greater possibilities.

How am I going to pay for it?

1. Federal loans are available to all eligible students who complete a FAFSA
2. Employer tuition reimbursement opportunities
3. Monthly payments through Trevecca make fulfilling tuition requirements more manageable
4. Military benefits such as Yellow Ribbon and GI Bills are accepted by Trevecca University

Getting Started

2. Fill out FAFSA to be considered for financial aid
3. Request official transcripts from your undergraduate institution

Admissions Requirements 

1. Have earned a bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by a CHEA-recognized regional accrediting agency or the Association for Biblical Higher Education. Students who do not meet these degree requirements may be conditionally accepted in accordance with the Conditional Admission Policy
2. 2.75 cumulative GPA for all prior coursework
3. Completion of a college-level math course with a grade of C or better 
4. Completion of a college-level English course with a grade of C or better
5. Provide a photocopy of government-issued identification (e.g., driver's license, state ID, military ID, passport). This requirement ensures that Trevecca complies with the U.S. Department of Education expectations for student verification. (This is only required for students enrolled in an online program.)

Master of Business Administration 

With an emphasis on leadership and service, Trevecca’s MBA program prepares you to become a competent, globally-aware business professional who acts with integrity and virtue. The MBA focuses on advanced business acumen and how to lead within an organization. It offers instruction on topics such as business analytics; accounting and finance for managers; business ethics and organizational culture development; and marketing management.  

If you're looking to get ahead in the business world while practically integrating faith and business, Trevecca's MBA is for you. As part of the degree, our professional mentoring program not only allows you to connect with Nashville professionals to network and build your community, but also enables you to develop your professional leadership skills. 

Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

An interdisciplinary program, the fully online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree draws from communications, biblical studies and business classes to provide you with a balanced perspective on leadership within an organization and expand your knowledge on strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving and organizational change models. The program is designed for working professionals with current leadership roles or those desiring leadership responsibilities. It aims to enhance individual and group leadership skill development so that employees can operate from a servant-leadership perspective. 

While an MBA emphasizes business acumen while including leadership training, a Master of Arts in organizational leadership focuses primarily on leadership development while also honing business skills. Trevecca’s program provides a Christian perspective, focusing on personal leadership development, interpersonal/group leadership and organizational impact.

Regardless of industry or field, every organization has a unique culture. This degree will help you to understand those cultures and make a positive impact. You can tailor your organizational leadership goals by choosing from one of eight tracks within the program.

Master of Science in Health Care Administration 

Trevecca’s fully online Master of Science in Health Care Administration is designed to help professionals become strategic, innovative leaders in health care and advance into middle or executive-level positions. The program is a great fit for those who currently work in health care and want to gain a deeper knowledge of legal issues, policy, financial management, innovation, technology, information security, value-based management and other operational roles that leaders will encounter in health care organizations. The coursework is structured to assist students in understanding and applying leadership principles and theory, explore leadership concepts within health care and discover strategies to promote a patient-centered culture. 

While the MBA with a track in health care is a great fit for those who want to enter the health industry for the first time, the Master of Science in health care administration is designed for those already working in the field.

Through the health care administration program, you’ll increase your organizational skills, deepen your understanding of financial data for health care and learn about information privacy and security management for health care and patient rights. You’ll also heighten your awareness of the challenges within health care. These include cost containment, the need to increase patient access and the best way to provide quality medical care in order to ensure positive patient experiences and outcomes.
