Priscilla or "Prilla" received her MLS from Peabody Library School at Vanderbilt University. Her primary responsibility centers around Reference services and working with students in Trevecca's online programs as the 'Embedded Librarian." She supervises the reference desk and other reference services, and is the liaison with the School of Business, Information Technology, MOL, and CMO Online programs.

The Waggoner Library Blog and LibGuides, Waggoner's online research guides are resources she manages. Special events such as Late Night@Waggoner during freshmen orientation, Long Night Against Procrastination, Wake the Dead held during finals week, as well as the Trevecca Authors celebration held in the spring are events she coordinates. She serves as Assistant Professor in the Masters in Library and Information Science Program in the School of Education teaching the graduate MLIS course entitled Research Strategies.
