Biography

Jon currently resides in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., with his wife, Mindy, sons Jason and Lincoln, and his daughter, Emmy. He previously worked as a Six Sigma Process Improvement Manager, served on staff of two Nazarene churches, and served as the director of graduate business programs at Trevecca. His leadership training has extended to various parts of the U.S., Kenya, East Africa, and the Philippines. Dr. Burch currently serves on the YMCA board, where he has developed and offers leadership training for middle and high school students.
